Cultural Diversity in Hospice
Disparities in the use of hospice and palliative care is a concern that Seasons is actively combating. We began by creating a Diversity Department that is responsible for community outreach and educational training in communities underserved in end-of-life care.
At Seasons Hospice, we encourage the awareness and respect for diversity in our staff and among our patients and their families. We have a no-tolerance policy for stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination or racism.
We provide continuous diversity education and training to all employees.
