PH: (866) 243-9104
We are a community-based organization on an ongoing mission to find creative solutions which add quality to life. We believe firmly in the patient/family focus of hospice care, recognizing that individuals and families are the experts in their own care.
Dear Residents of Broward County,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Broward, we are proud to part of an organization that serves the local needs of our community. Seasons believes that every resident is an expert in their own care, and deserves a hospice that understands their culture, faith, or background. It’s one of the reasons why all Seasons Florida locations are now SAGE Platinum Certified—they recognize the importance of having the cultural competence to serve the needs of the Broward LGBTQ community, among many others.
In Seasons Hospice, you or your loved one is getting a hospice partner who has been trained to understand how best to serve you and your community. If you have questions about hospice or what Seasons can do for you, please don’t hesitate to call the Broward office—here for you 24/7.

This program is designed to show respect and thanks to our nation’s veterans and to honor their wishes at end of life. It was developed as a collaboration between National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
As a Level Three Partner, we:
1. Provide veteran-centric education for staff and volunteers, and identify patients with military experience
2. Build organization capacity to to provide quality care for veterans
3. Develop and strengthen relationships with VA medical centers and other veteran organizations
Medicare, Medicaid and the majority of private insurance plans have a hospice benefit that covers costs associated with hospice care. Our team can help you navigate this process and will keep you informed every step of the way.
