Informal caregivers for hospice patients share responsibility for administering and managing medications related to the terminal prognosis. This course will help caregivers, facility staff, and non-clinicians understand barriers to optimal medication management, learn techniques to best explain and enhance retention of information on medication management, and use case studies to refine their technique in understanding medication management.
